Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 500 g Noodles (Farfalle)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g frozen peas
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 100 g Bacon strips
  • 300 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 100 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 300 g Cabanossi

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add peas to the pasta 2 minutes before the end of cooking time. Clean and wash spring onions, dab dry and cut into rings. Leave out the bacon strips in a pan. Add the spring onions, fry them and put them in a large bowl. Stir in yoghurt and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Drain the noodles and peas, quench and drain. Fold both into the salad dressing and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes. Wash, clean and quarter the tomatoes, remove seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes. Cut Cabanossi into slices. Season salad again. Fold in the tomatoes and cabanossi and arrange the salad in a bowl
