Nutty salad with garlic chips

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, 750 g tomatoes
  • 400 g carrots, 2 onions
  • 7-8 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TEASPOONS mustard, salt, pepper
  • 7-8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 g roasted peanuts
  • 100 g Bread Chips "Garlic
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated parmesan

Directions

    Clean and wash the salad and vegetables. Cut salad into strips. Chop tomatoes roughly. Coarsely grate carrots

    Peel and chop the onions. Mix with vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it. Mix with salad ingredients and nuts. Sprinkle with bread chips and parmesan
