Knead nougat in flakes and flakes with 1/3 shortcrust pastry. Form into long sticks (approx. 1.5 cm Ø). Cut into about 40 sticks (6-7 cm long). Put in a cool place for 20 minutes.
Place on 2 trays lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 12 minutes, also allow to cool. Melt the chocolate coating on a hot water bath. Dip the ends of the nougat sticks in and let them dry
