Noodles with tomato-basil sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g wide colourful tubes of noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) peeled tomatoes
  • 1 potty Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Heat the fat in a pot and fry the onion and garlic. Add tomatoes with juice and let it boil down for about 10 minutes. Pluck the basil from the stalks except for a little bit for garnishing, chop finely and add to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange noodles on plates, add sauce and garnish with basil
