Ingredients

  • 1 Onion
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 egg (size S)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 250 g Noodles (e.g. Shipli)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Pizza sauce with oregano
  • 1 package (300 g) frozen peas and carrots
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead minced meat, egg, diced onion, breadcrumbs and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Form small meatballs. Prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the meatballs all around.

    Add pizza sauce, 1/8 litre water, peas and carrots and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain mozzarella and cut into pieces. Spread on the sauce. Arrange noodles with meatball ragout on plates. Garnish with oregano
