Noodles with diced turkey in tomato capers

Ingredients

  • 100 g Tortiglioni pasta
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 150 g Turkey escalope
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 package (200 g) strained tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Capers
  • 1 knife tip Sambal Oelek
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. In the meantime peel onion and garlic. Chop onion and garlic finely. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Season with salt and pepper.

    Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onion cubes and garlic briefly. Add the diced meat and fry over medium heat until golden brown all around. Add tomatoes and capers and bring to the boil while stirring. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Sambal Oelek. Wash the parsley and dab dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks and chop finely, except for a few for garnishing. Sprinkle over the sauce. Drain the noodles and let them drain briefly.
