Express macaroni with ham and egg

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 4 Anchovy fillets (glass)
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 300 g green beans
  • 400 g Macaroni
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 g sliced boiled ham
  • 5-7 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Bring 3-4 l salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) to the boil. Rinse anchovies, dab dry. Peel garlic. Wash parsley, shake dry. Chop everything finely. Clean and wash the beans. Cook together with the noodles in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.

    Boil eggs for 7-8 minutes until soft.

    Cut the ham into strips. Fry briefly with anchovies, garlic and parsley in hot oil. Rinse, peel and halve the eggs. Drain beans and noodles. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper.
