Press the sausage meat out of the skin as dumplings. Fry all around in hot oil. Add frozen vegetable mixture and 4 tablespoons of water. Fry over high heat for approx. 4 minutes.
Meanwhile cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Add another 75 ml of water to the vegetables and heat up again for about 3 minutes. Stir in crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper if necessary. Drain the pasta, let it drain and serve with the vegetables
