Spaghetti with vegetable mixture

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 unboiled veal sausages (à approx. 125 g)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 package (300 g) frozen vegetable mix ACE-"harvest
  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Press the sausage meat out of the skin as dumplings. Fry all around in hot oil. Add frozen vegetable mixture and 4 tablespoons of water. Fry over high heat for approx. 4 minutes.

    Meanwhile cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Add another 75 ml of water to the vegetables and heat up again for about 3 minutes. Stir in crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper if necessary. Drain the pasta, let it drain and serve with the vegetables
