Noodles in minced tomato sauce and mozzarella

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 300 g Noodles (e.g. linguini)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 400 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 packages (370 g each) Tomato sauce with herbs
  • 150 g Mini-Mozzarella balls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Peel onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly, turning it over. Finally add onion and garlic, fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with tomato sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes

    Pour the pasta into a sieve and drain well. Add the noodles and mozzarella to the sauce and mix well
