Noodle soup with bacon and sausages

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 Onion
  • 75 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 250 g Carrots
  • 300 g Zuchini
  • 1 1/2 l Vegetable broth
  • 150 g Noodles (e.g. croissants)
  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each) Italian white beans
  • 4 (à 75 g) Sausages
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Peel, wash and slice carrots. Clean, wash and cut the zucchini into thick sticks. Fry bacon and onion in a pot. Add zucchini and carrots. Add stock and bring to the boil.

    Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain the beans on a sieve. Slice the sausages and add to the soup with the beans. Wash the chives and cut into fine rolls. Season noodle soup with salt and pepper. Sprinkle chives over it
