Noodle salad with Vienna sausage

Ingredients

  • 250 g Spiral noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 150 g Salad cream (40 % fat)
  • 250 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 5-6 Tbsp Milk
  • 75 g finished pesto
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml/ 285 g stripping) Vegetable corn
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g Rocket
  • 4 Vienna sausage (approx. 100 g each)
  • 8-12 Wooden shashlik skewers

Directions

    Put the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Pour onto a sieve, rinse under cold water, drain and allow to cool. Peel and finely chop the onion. Stir the salad cream, yoghurt and milk until smooth. Stir in pesto and onions and season the sauce with salt, pepper and vinegar. Mix cooled down pasta and sauce and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Drain the corn.

    Wash the tomatoes, dab dry and cut in half. Cut the long stems from the rocket, sort the rocket, wash and drain. Wash parsley, dab dry and remove the leaves. Mix the corn, tomatoes and rocket with the pasta salad and season again with salt and pepper. Put the sausage in hot water and heat it up. Cut the sausages diagonally into pieces and put them on skewers with parsley leaves. Serve the pasta salad together with the sausage skewers
