Ingredients

  • 300 g croissant noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 600 g fresh pineapple
  • 5-6 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON demerara sugar
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 (150 g) Mug Mini-Mozzarella
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 small pot of chervil
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices about 1/2 cm thick. Cut out the woody stalk. Cut pineapple into pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Fry the pineapple in it while turning, sprinkle with sugar. Cut ham into pieces. Drain the mozzarella. Mix lemon juice, vinegar and honey, fold in 4-5 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix pasta, pineapple, ham and mozzarella. Fold in vinaigrette. Let the salad steep for about 30 minutes. Wash the chervil, pluck the leaves from the stems. Shortly before serving, fold in chervil and sprinkle with pink berries
