Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Pasta (e.g. Gemelli)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 400 g) Cucumber
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 6 TABLESPOONS light balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash and clean the cucumber, quarter it lengthwise and cut into slices. Clean and wash radishes and cut into slices except for 1. Peel the skin off the sausage. Cut sausage into sticks. Put everything in a bowl and mix.

    Wash the dill, shake dry and cut finely except for a little to garnish. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar, fold in oil. Add the dill. Pour over the salad, mix and allow to soak well. Season to taste again
