Noodle casserole gypsy style

Ingredients

  • 500 g Noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (500 g) Ring Fleischwurst
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 400 g Whipped cream
  • 1 (250 ml) Bottle gipsy sauce
  • 1 (250 ml) Bottle of shashlik sauce
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Curry ketchup
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 100 grated gouda cheese
  • 1 Stalk parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Remove the skin from the sausage. Cut the sausage into cubes. Quarter peppers, clean, wash and cut into pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the sausage and the paprika in it.

    Lightly grease an ovenproof dish (approx. 25 x 30 cm). Drain the noodles, let them drain and put them into the dish with the sausage and paprika and mix them. Mix cream, sauces and ketchup and pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with Gouda. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 30 minutes. Wash the parsley, dab dry, cut into strips and sprinkle over the finished casserole
