7-10 Tbsp pre-cooked sushi rice from 150 g sushi rice (dry weight)
7-10 Tbsp Wasabi
100 g raw salmon fillet (sushi quality)

Moisten hands with water and form 12 oval rolls (approx. 25 g each) from the rice. Spread with a little wasabi. Cut the salmon into 12 thin slices and lay them on top.
