New potatoes with sour cream & ham

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 medium-sized new potatoes (about 500 g)
  • 1/2 bunch parsley, chives and dill
  • 200 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 100 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 4 (approx. 40 g) thin slices of Black Forest Ham

Directions

    1, Brush the potatoes thoroughly under water. Cover and cook in little water for about 20 minutes

    Wash the herbs, shake dry and chop. Mix with sour cream and quark. Season to taste with salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Quench the potatoes, carve them crosswise and break them apart a little. Spread herb curd cheese on top and arrange with 1 slice of ham on each

    Drink: cold beer
