Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sunflower oil
  • 75 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Add milk, oil and yoghurt and knead to a smooth, supple dough.

    Form into 6 balls of the same size. Roll out into thin flat cakes on a floured work surface. Heat an uncoated pan. Fry the flat cakes for about 2 minutes on both sides.
