Mussel noodles with chopped sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 400 g Tomatoes
  • 2–3 Spring onions
  • 400 g Mussel noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 1 package (500 g) strained tomatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON dried basil and oregano

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into rings. Cook the pasta in 3-4 l boiling salted water (1 teaspoon salt per litre) according to the instructions on the packet.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat for about 10 minutes at medium heat until crumbly. Fry spring onions and tomatoes briefly.

    Add strained tomatoes, 1/8 l water and herbs, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.

    Drain the pasta well and mix with the minced sauce. Arrange.
