Mushroom with spinach and bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 pack (225 g) frozen spinach
  • 8 large mushrooms (about 50 g each)
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper from the mill
  • 8 discs Bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Defrost the spinach. Clean and dab the mushrooms dry. Remove stalks. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Steam garlic in it until transparent.

    Add the spinach and heat. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the spinach into the mushrooms. Wrap with bacon and pin. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the mushrooms all around for about 5 minutes. Season again with pepper.

    It goes well with bread.
