Ingredients

  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1/2 onion, 1 tsp oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) Flour
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Vegetable broth

    Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Peel and chop the onion. Heat the oil in the frying fat (from the fillet). Fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Brown the onion briefly. Season everything

    Dust with flour and sweat briefly. Stir in 1/8 l water, cream and stock, bring to the boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes
