Bœuf-Stroganoff pans

Ingredients

  • 8 medium-sized potatoes
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 2 TEASPOONS Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 16 Cornichons
  • 8 discs Raclette cheese
  • 8 Cattle Minute Steaks

Directions

    Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes. Peel off the skin. Mix sour cream and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Halve the gherkins diagonally. Remove the rind from the raclette cheese and cut into small pieces. Break potatoes into pieces.

    Cut beef minute steaks into strips and fry on the grill plate of the raclette machine or in a pan for approx. 2 minutes, turning once. Season with salt and pepper. Spread potatoes, gherkins and meat in the pans.

    Add the sour cream and cheese. Pepper and bake for about 5 minutes.
