Ingredients

  • 60 g pink mushrooms
  • 40 g Chanterelles
  • 1 washer (15 g) Bacon
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3-4 Tsp Porcini yeast broth
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chive rolls

    Clean and wash mushrooms. Cut the mushrooms into leaves, cut the chanterelles in half. Cut bacon into strips. Heat the fat and leave the bacon out. Fry mushrooms briefly, season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with 800 ml water, boil for 3 minutes. Dissolve the yeast broth in it, season again and serve sprinkled with chives
