Mozzarella salami skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 2 packages (150 g each) Mini-Mozzarella balls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 24 discs Salami
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 4 discs Baguette bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries
  • 12 wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Put mozzarella in a sieve, drain, season with salt and pepper and turn in the parsley.

    Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Put mozzarella, paprika and salami alternately on wooden skewers. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and toast bread in it for about 3 minutes while turning. Arrange bread and skewers and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of oil and sprinkle with pink berries.
