Ingredients

  • 2 packs Mozzarella cheese (125 g each)
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper
  • 1 Pot of basil

Directions

    Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices. Clean and wash the tomatoes, also cut into slices. Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil into ovenproof dishes. Peel the garlic and rub it into the ramekins. Place cheese and tomato slices in flakes.

    Season with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, wash the basil and pluck the leaves from the stems. Sprinkle on the pans before serving
