Ingredients

Servings: 16
  • 250 g Mozzarella
  • 16 (approx. 160 g) thin slices of South Tyrolean bacon
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp Basil pesto (glass)
  • 16 wooden skewers

Directions

    Dab mozzarella dry and cut into 16 pieces. Wrap each with bacon. Possibly pin them down.

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the mozzarella and bacon pralines for 2-3 minutes while turning. Remove. Sprinkle with pesto, let cool a little. Serve lukewarm or cold.
