Monkfish with paprika-olive-vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g Monkfish fillet
  • 40 g Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 green and yellow pepper
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g black olives
  • 8 Stem(s) fresh or 1 tsp dried marjoram

Directions

    Rinse fish fillet cold and dab dry. Cut into portion pieces and turn in flour. Season with salt and pepper and fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil all around for 8-10 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel and chop onion and garlic. Remove fish from the pan.

    Heat the remaining oil in it. Add paprika, onion and garlic and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the olives. Season with marjoram, salt and pepper. Place the fish pieces on the paprika vegetables, cover and heat up again. Delicious with baguette
