Cut the smoked pork loin into about 20 slices. Peel onions and cut them into fine slices. Wash and pluck the marjoram. Mix with onions and paprika
Place 10 slices of smoked pork loin on each piece of aluminium foil. Spread the onion mixture and butter flakes on top. Close aluminium foil well over the meat. Grill on the hot grill for about 15 minutes
Drain the pineapple. Grill the remaining slices of pork on each side for approx. 2 minutes and place them in the grill trays. Cover with pineapple and cheese. Grill for about 6 minutes until the cheese has melted. Spread 1 tsp. chilli sauce on each
Quarter Leberkäse. Mix oil, pepper and thyme. Brush meatloaf with the oil. Then grill on the hot grill while turning for 8-10 minutes. Garnish with crème fraîche and mustard. Serve with pretzels
