Express pizza rissoles with mushrooms

After the enjoyable weekend, low carb is the order of the day. These quick meatballs out of the oven are just the right thing. If you lay them out like a pizza, you get twice the pleasure.

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 250 g Pork sausage
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pizza spice, salt, sweet paprika
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Knead minced meat, ground pork, egg, breadcrumbs, 2 teaspoons pizza spice, 1 teaspoon salt and paprika each. Form 4 flat cakes (each approx. 15 cm Ø) and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.

    Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Fry them in hot oil. Wash and slice the tomatoes. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Dice cheese. Put everything on the flat cakes, season and bake for about 10 minutes more.

    Garnish with basil.
