Pork tenderloin au gratin \"Caprese\"

Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 4 discs (100 g each) Pork tenderloin
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 4 discs Bacon
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 80 g Arugula
  • 125 g Mozzarella

Directions

    Preheat the oven grill. Heat olive oil in a pan. Season pork tenderloin with salt and pepper and fry it in the pan for 5 minutes on each side.

    Cut bacon into pieces and add. Cut the tomatoes in half and spread on the meat. Cut rocket salad into small pieces and add. Season with salt and pepper, swing through and distribute in an ovenproof dish.

    Cut the mozzarella into slices and spread on the meat. Slide it on the top shelf under the hot grill in the oven, bake for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove and serve immediately.
