Mixed grill plate with three marinades

Ingredients

Servings: 7
  • 6-8 Chicken drumsticks (approx. 75 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 9 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp Gyros spice flavor salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6-8 thin pork steaks (à approx. 100 g)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 1/2 TEASPOON tr. rosemary and thyme

Directions

    Wash chicken legs and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Mix 3 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 teaspoon curry and ketchup. Spread chicken legs with it and marinate for about 2 hours. Peel garlic and cut into fine slices. Mix with gyro salt and 3 tablespoons of oil. Peel and halve onion, cut into fine rings and stir in.

    Turn 3-4 pork steaks in it and marinate for about 2 hours. Mix 3 tablespoons of oil, lemon juice and dried herbs. Turn 3-4 steaks in it and marinate for 2 hours. Remove the meat from the marinades and dab dry. Grill chicken legs on the hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning several times. Just before the end of the grilling time, brush with the remaining curry marinade. Grill the pork steaks for 6-8 minutes, turning several times and brushing with the remaining marinades shortly before the end of the grilling time
