Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg Mirabelle plums
  • 1.5 kg Plums
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 2 sticks of cinnamon

Directions

    Hull and wash the yellow plums. Wash, halve and stone plums. Layer the fruit in preserving jars. Bring 1 litre of water, sugar and cinnamon sticks to the boil, allow to cool and pour over the fruit and close. Put the glasses on the insert and boil down in the stew pot at 80°C for about 30 minutes
