  • 1750 g Mirabelle plums (1500 g pure flesh)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp pulp from 2 vanilla beans
  • 1 package (500 g) Super Gelier sugar 3:1

    Wash the mirabelles thoroughly, drain well and stone them. Weigh 1500 g of mirabelle plum pulp. Mix the mirabelles, lemon juice, vanilla pulp and jam sugar in a large pot. Cover and leave to soak for about 2 hours. Then bring to the boil at high heat and boil for 3-4 minutes while stirring continuously. Immediately fill up to the brim into glasses, close them well. Leave to stand on the lid for 5-10 minutes. (Results in about 1600 ml)
