Chicken in tomato and courgette vegetables

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Chicken (approx. 1.2 kg)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 1 collar Sage

Directions

    Wash the chicken, dab dry and rub with oil, salt and pepper. Place on the fat pan of the oven and roast in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about one hour. Clean and wash the zucchinis and cut them into thick sticks. Wash tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Cut sage into strips.

    Mix the vegetables with the sage and put them on the fat pan 30 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the chicken with the vegetables on a plate. Garnish with sage
