Minute steaks with farfalle and vegetable bolognese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 collar Soup Greens
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 TEASPOON Tomato paste
  • 500 g strained tomatoes
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 300 g Farfalle (noodles)
  • 4 Minute steaks (approx. 150 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano

Directions

    Clean, wash and finely dice the vegetables or cut the leek into fine rings. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a small pan, fry onions and vegetables while turning them.

    Sprinkle with oregano, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Add tomato paste, sweat and deglaze with 150 ml water and tomatoes. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer at low heat for 8-10 minutes.

    Then season again with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar. In the meantime, put the noodles in plenty of boiling salted water, bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Wash the meat and dab dry.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the steaks for about 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the noodles into a sieve, quench and drain. Serve the pasta, meat and vegetable bolognese on plates garnished with oregano as desired.
