Preheat oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Wash meat, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a coated pan. Sauté the meat in it for approx. 1 minute on each side.
Dissolve the frying set with approx. 3 tbsp. water and put everything into an ovenproof dish.
Cut mozzarella into 8 slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into 16 slices. Spread steaks with pesto and cover with tomatoes and mozzarella. Gratinate in a hot oven for about 5 minutes, remove.
Wash the basil, pluck it from the stems and sprinkle over the steaks. Cut the rolls into slices and add to the steaks.
