Mix mascarpone, quark and sugar. Fill any Amarettini, except for 8 pieces, into a plastic bag and seal it. Crumble coarsely with a dough roll. Mix coffee and liqueur
Pour half of the Amarettini into four small moulds (each containing approx. 150 ml) or a bowl. Sprinkle with half the coffee mixture. Spread a good half of the mascarpone cream on top. Layer the remaining ingredients in the same way. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Sprinkle tiramisu with brown sugar and decorate with rest of Amarettini
