Cut the sausages into pieces of approx. 2 cm, fry on all sides
Clean and halve the Brussels sprouts. Wash spring onions and cut into rings. Clean remaining vegetables and cut into small cubes. Mix all other ingredients without cream and sour cream to a mariande and mix well with the vegetables in a large bowl.
Take the sausages out of the pan and put them into the fat pan of the oven. Mix with the vegetables.
Add cream and sour cream to the gravy and bring to the boil. Then pour over the vegetables.
Cook everything in the oven for 45 minutes at 175° convection on the second stage from below.
