Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 pack (100 ml) strained tomato sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Pizza spice
  • 1 large onion (60-70 g)
  • 75 g Rocket
  • 100 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can(s) (185 g/ 150 g stripping) Tuna pieces in vegetable oil
  • 1 tin(s) (250 g) Pizza dough, chilled fresh dough
  • 30 g black olives
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Season the strained tomato sauce with salt, pepper and pizza spice. Peel onion and cut into fine slices. Clean, wash and drain the rocket and cut it into strips except for a few small leaves for sprinkling. Drain mozzarella and tuna separately. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Open the tin with the pizza dough according to instructions and take out the dough. Do not unroll the dough, but cut it into four thick slices.

  2. 2

Roll out the dough pieces with a dough roller or with your hands to a diameter of about eleven centimetres or press flat. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread tomato sauce on the dough and generously cover with rocket, tuna, onions, olives and mozzarella. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining rocket leaves and serve immediately. Makes four small pizzas
