Mix nuts, almonds and breadcrumbs. Whisk egg and cream. Cut cheese into twelve pieces. Clean, wash and drain lamb's lettuce. Wash, halve and core the grapes.
Turn the cheese pieces first in the egg cream and then in the nut-almond mixture. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the cheese pieces for 1-2 minutes on both sides. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and add the remaining oil.
Mix lamb's lettuce and grapes and pour the marinade over it. Arrange the salad on plates and place three pieces of cheese on each plate. Black bread tastes good with it.
