Minced steak with chanterelles

Ingredients

  • 175 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 125 g Chanterelles
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 Meat tomato
  • 1 TEASPOON Butter or margarine
  • 2 TABLESPOONS dry red wine
  • 75 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Put the minced meat in a bowl. Peel and finely dice the onion and add to the minced meat. Add egg yolk and knead. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Form minced meat into a steak.

    Heat the oil in a steak pan. Place the steak in the pan and fry over medium heat for 10-12 minutes. Turn from time to time. Clean, wash and pat dry the chanterelles. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions and tomato.

    Heat the fat in a frying pan. Sear the mushrooms in it. Add spring onions and tomato. Deglaze with red wine and stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange the minced steak together with the vegetables.

    Serve garnished with parsley.
