  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 200 g ripened cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS spicy mustard
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 25 g Roasted onion
  • 2 TEASPOONS dried parsley
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 300 g Meatloaf
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 75 g cherry tomatoes
  • 75 g Radishes
  • 100 g Cornichons
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen paper

  • 7-10 Tbsp Shashlik skewers

Directions

    Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix sour cream, mustard and chives. Knead minced meat, fried onion, dried parsley, tomato paste and egg.

    Season vigorously with salt and pepper. Form about 15 meatballs from the mixture and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for about 15 minutes.

    In the meantime cut the meatloaf into pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat loaf all around. Remove the meat loaf and let it drain on kitchen paper. Wash and clean the tomatoes and radishes.

    Cut radishes into slices. Cut gherkins in half. Put tomatoes, radishes, gherkins and meatloaf alternately on the skewers. Serve garnished with parsley leaves. Serve mustard sauce with the balls.

    Lye bread rolls taste good with it.
