Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime peel and finely dice the onion. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Heat the oil. Fry onion and minced meat for about 5 minutes at high heat. Add paprika.
Season with salt and pepper, stir in tomato paste, fry for another 5 minutes. Deglaze with broth, simmer for about 5 minutes. Season again with salt and pepper. Maybe use fresh thyme for seasoning. Either stir the crème fraîche into the pan or arrange it on the food in portions as a blob. Mix with the pasta and garnish with thyme
