Bean and noodle pot

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1–2 Branches of rosemary
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 300 g Pork sausage
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) peeled tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 1,25 l Vegetable broth
  • 250 g Orecchiette Noodles
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) small, white beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Peel onion and garlic. Dice onion, chop garlic. Wash the rosemary, shake dry and pluck roughly into pieces.

    Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the ground pork in it until crumbly while turning. Add onion, garlic and rosemary and fry briefly. Add the tomatoes, chop the tomatoes in the pot with a spatula and season with pepper and paprika.

    Pour in broth and bring to the boil. Add pasta and simmer covered for 18-20 minutes. Stir from time to time.

    Put the beans in a sieve and rinse with cold water. When the noodles are cooked, add the beans and briefly heat the stew. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
