  • 1 kg Minced meat, mixed
  • 500 g Mett
  • 8 medium-sized eggs
  • 380 g Mushrooms
  • 280 g Peas, extra fine
  • 300 g Tomato peppers
  • 2 large onions
  • 4 pinch(es) Pepper
  • 4 pinch(es) Salt
  • 200 ml Gypsy sauce
  • 400 ml Cream
  • 50 g 8-herb mixture from iglo or

    Preparation of minced meat tart Mushrooms, and peas drain, chop onions and tomato peppers. Mix everything with minced meat and season with salt and pepper. Put the mixture into a springform pan lined with aluminium foil and bake for 2 hours at 180 °C.

    For the gypsy sauce, slowly warm the cream and herbs in a pot, do not boil. Serve the sauce with the minced meat cake. Easy preparation Preparation time 25 minute(s).
