Mix flour, sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a mixing bowl. Dissolve yeast in 125 ml lukewarm water. Add egg and yeast mixture to the flour and knead to a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. In the meantime peel garlic and dice finely. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic briefly at low heat.
Remove and let cool off. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion. Add minced meat, tomato paste and oregano and fry until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper and let it cool down a bit. Drain cheese and cut into cubes. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Drain olives and pepperoni. Knead the dough on a floured work surface again and add the garlic. Roll out the dough into an oval. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread with aiwar. Spread minced meat, cheese, tomatoes, olives and pepperoni on top.

Bake on the lower shelf in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven, garnish with oregano leaves and serve immediately
