Chopping chocolate. Melt 75 g chocolate on a warm water bath and spread it on the glasses. Heat 600 ml milk, sugar and chilli pepper, melt 125 g chocolate in it. Stir in coffee powder. Season with a little cinnamon.
Heat 100 ml milk and froth up. Remove the chilli pepper from the coffee. Spread the coffee on the glasses. Add milk foam. Sprinkle with chili flakes
