Mett-potato-pan with cabbage

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 3 (approx. 500 g) large potatoes
  • 500 g White cabbage
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g Pork sausage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 TEASPOON Meat broth
  • 2–3 medium-sized tomatoes

Directions

    Peel onions and potatoes. Wash the potatoes. Cut both into cubes. Clean and wash the cabbage and remove the stalk. Cut cabbage into fine strips.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan with a lid. Brown the ground pork in it until it is very crumbly. Take out. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in the frying fat. Sauté the potatoes for about 10 minutes. Add onions and cabbage and fry everything else for about 5 minutes.

    Season with salt, pepper and paprika.

    Mix in the ground pork and extinguish everything with just under 1⁄4 l water. Stir in stock, bring to the boil. Cover and braise over medium heat for about 12 minutes.

    Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Fold the tomatoes under the mashed potatoes pan and braise them briefly. Season everything again to taste.
