Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 small (about 800 g) honeydew melons
  • 8 discs cottage ham (approx. 40 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange slices and mint

Directions

    Chill the melons for about 30 minutes. Then quarter and remove seeds. Peel the melon quarters. Cut the fruit flesh into pieces. Arrange on the skin with 1 slice of ham on plates. Sprinkle with pepper. Decorate with orange wedges and mint
