Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 800 g mixed minced meat
  • 3 Eggs (size M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Peel onions and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Mix minced meat, onions, garlic, eggs, tomato paste, mustard and breadcrumbs. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and form into 8 meatballs.

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the meatballs for 8-9 minutes on both sides.
