Clean, wash and halve the beans. Cook in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Peel and finely dice onions and garlic. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop. Drain the beans and let them drain well. Knead minced meat, onions, garlic and parsley. Season well with salt, pepper and cumin.
Form small balls from the mixture and fry them all around in hot oil. In the meantime, clean, wash and chop the peppers. Add to the meatballs and fry briefly. Clean, wash and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Add to the meatballs with the beans. Add canned tomatoes with juice and braise in an open pot for about 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper
